Introduction

This Insulating Oil Oxidation Stability Test Set is suitable to determine oxidation stability of unused hydrocarbon based insulating liquids under accelerated conditions.

The insulating liquid sample is maintained at 120℃ in the presence of a solid copper catalyst whilst bubbling a constant flow of air.The degree of oxidation stability is estimated by measurement of volatile acidity,soluble acidity and sludge.

Characteristic

Insulating Oil Oxidation Stability Test Set is desktop type,equipped with heating bath and precise flow meter.Sample bottle can in holes on stainless steel cover.
The structure is stainless steel with ceramic coating.
Heated by environment friendly metal bath,which can reduce harm of lampbalck to human body.It has high effect of thermal insulation.
Heater is stainless steel.
Precise flow meter has needle valve,the range is 0~120ml/min.
Air filter has glass wool.
Air purification system includes one sodium hydroxide bottle,one sulphuric acid washing bottle and one safe bottle.
Mic-processed thermostat and PID controller,temperature is displayed digitally,accuracy 0.1℃,Pt100 RTD temperature sensor.
Insulating Oil Oxidation Stability Test Set has safety device to avoid over-heat or low liquid level.
